Continuing Education Credits Made Simple
Professional and educational events often carry continuing education credits, and with them come certificates. Each session that carries credit needs one, with the right course title, the right date, the right number of credits, a verification code and the right signatures. Producing them by hand, one at a time, is the kind of job that gets done at midnight after the event is over.
In Conference and Event Management you design a certificate once for each kind of item that offers credit. The certificate editor lets you place your organization's logo, the event's name and dates, signatures for the program director and the instructor, and a page frame, in portrait or landscape. If your sessions are clinics, the certificate says Clinic Director instead.
Merge fields do the rest. The item's title, the date it was presented, the verification code, the number of credits and the presenters' names are filled in for each item automatically. You can view any session's certificate on screen, download it as a PDF, or print the certificates for every session of that kind in a single PDF.
Presenters benefit, too. From the day their session is presented, they can see and download its certificate themselves, so you are not answering emails asking for a copy.
