Not every event is a convention. Some of the most important events in life are personal: a wedding, a bridal shower, a baby shower, or a bachelor or bachelorette weekend. These events do not need badges, sessions and sponsors. They need to know who is coming.

For personal events, Conference and Event Management tracks RSVPs. Send your invitations, send reminders to guests who have not answered, and send each guest a confirmation of their response. Guests answer with a simple RSVP key, and you can see at a glance who is attending, who is not, and who has not replied yet. Meal choices can be part of the RSVP, too.

After the celebration there is one more job: thank you notes. You can keep track of the gifts you receive and send a thank you email to each giver, so nobody is forgotten.

Personal events are offered at very affordable pricing. They are available to organizations that chose Personal Events when they registered with us, so be sure to choose Personal Events when you sign up.
