Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Conference and Event Management Solutions, LLC governing your use of this site and the event registration services offered through it. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Your account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, or to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
- Upload anything that infringes another person's rights or contains malicious code.
- Attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, or probe or scan it for vulnerabilities.
- Collect other users' information, or use the site to send unsolicited messages.
- Copy, scrape or resell any part of the service without our written permission.
- Sell, or take payment for, alcohol, cannabis, cannabis-like or similar products including anything containing THC, drugs, pornography, or any adult content or merchandise.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us the licence we need to store, display and transmit it in order to run the service. You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
You certify that you will only use images, photos, video or materials that are not copyrighted materials or are in the public domain. You also certify that you will not use images of minor children unless you have secured a written release from their parent or guardian.
Event registration and payment
Events on this site are run by the organizations that publish them. Fees, schedules, eligibility and cancellation and refund terms are set by the organizing body and are shown when you register. We provide the platform; we are not the organizer of an event unless the event says so. Disputes about an event should be raised with its organizer.
Accessible venues
An organization publishing an event on this site must hold it at a venue that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and must keep the parts of the event it controls accessible to attendees with disabilities. That covers the way in, the rooms used, the lavatories, and any seating set aside for the purpose.
The organization is responsible for choosing the venue and for satisfying itself that the venue meets that standard; we do not inspect venues. Each item on an event records whether it is accessible and any notes about it, and organizations are expected to keep that record truthful, because attendees rely on it when they decide whether they can attend. An organization that cannot meet this condition should not publish the event here.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance that makes the site temporarily unavailable.
Intellectual property
The site, its software and its design belong to Conference and Event Management Solutions, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Termination
You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive - including ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability - do so.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Conference and Event Management Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before either of us starts legal proceedings, we both agree to try in good faith to settle the dispute in confidential mediation. Either of us may begin that by giving the other written notice describing the dispute and what is wanted. Mediation is held in Florida unless we agree otherwise, before a single mediator we both accept, and we share the mediator's fees equally while each paying our own costs. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty days of that notice, either of us may proceed.
This paragraph does not prevent either of us from bringing a claim in small claims court, or from asking a court for an injunction or other urgent relief to protect confidential information, intellectual property or account security.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Where mediation has not resolved a dispute, you and $NAME agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and each of us consents to venue there.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
