- You don’t like adding very similar events year after year? Our Template system fixes that. You save the event to a Template at the end of an event and then use it when you have your next event. You can even, at your option, make your Template available to all Organizations that user Conference and Event Management. Or just keep in “in the family”.
- An event offers lunch but at some point you decide not to include it? The system will refund everyone who has paid and delete the lunch items completely.
- Do you want to just track RSVPs for a wedding and Bridal Shower? You can send invites, send RSVP reminders and send RSVP responses. We offer this at very affordable pricing. *This is only available to Personal Events where the Organization selected Personal Events at the time of Registration.
- For personal events such as a wedding, bridal shower or a baby shower, we allow you to track any gifts you receive and send thank you emails to the giver.
